Dear Editor, allow me to voice out this in our local newspaper before time runs out in Katima Mulilo.I find this as the opportunity to get a mini-traffic circle before the contractor gets a tender to upgrade our roads.
Many thanks to Katima Mulilo Town Council for developing our roads in town. At this time around , I would like to request especially when I see a company working on our roads, If possible KMTC make us happy to erect one mini-traffic cycle at the end of this construction. Can you look at our roads and put it where it is possible.
In my opinion , I suggest it to be on the T-junction of Trans Caprivi High way and Hage Geingob drive, the road that enters the town.
Why that part? Because accidents used to occur on that junction. Also I find that, perhaps we are the only town in this country without a traffic circle if I’m not mistaken.
In addition to all, the mini-traffic circle, will show that we are developing as we are in the boat of Vision 2030.
In conclusion , I urge Katima Mulilo Town Council to look at it and do the job . I look straight for the development of our town.
