Dear Editor,
The Salambala management committee is hereby responding to an article which was published in the Caprivi Vision Newspaper dated 24th November 2014, by Mr. Sinvula Liswaniso, Swapo Party Youth League (SPYL) Regional Secretary for Information,Publicity and Mobilization, Omaheke Region.

We would like to inform the entire nation that the information given by Mr. Sinvula Liswaniso is totally wrong and misleading.
We challenge that why didn’t he come to the office of Salambala for corrections?
No residents for Salambala are being harassed or beaten; we therefore request a proof or evidence for such incidents.
Why did he outline that the government vehicle (GRN) for the Honourable Dr. Albert Kawana, Presidential Affairs Minister was stopped and searched while driving to Mutikitila was he there? What time was it?
The core wildlife area where the GRN was stopped is it the gravel road going to Mutikitila?
Salambala conservancy is divided into two parts namely the core wildlife area and the Broader Conservancy, and the GRN vehicle was found in the core wildlife area. Can he take us to the scene where this incidence took place?
Does he knows what was seized when the vehicle (GRN) was searched? And what answers was given by the driver and two colleagues to us?
We demand a public apology from him, because his report have tarnished and damaged the image of the conservancy by someone who is not a member of Salambala conservancy.
For any information and complaint visit the Salambala Conservancy office in the future.
We would like to say Salambala conservancy is friendly as it is up lifting the living standards of its members, as it’s a policy of the Namibian government where you are serving as a SWAPO Party Youth League (SPYL) Regional Secretary for information, publicity and mobilization.
All from the committee of Salambala Conservancy
