NDF Shooting Victims Laid to rest

FOUR men who were killed in a shooting rampage June 29, in  Katima Mulilo by a member of the Namibia Defence Force were laid to rest on Thursday July 4 at Katima Mulilo Cemetery.

A Namibia Defence Force Soldier Mr. Lucas Max  shot the deceased four , Mr. Frederick Chanda (55) also known as Big Five, Mr. Kawana Sydney(21), Mr. Lubinda Salufu Felix (30), and Mr. Simataa Libuku Michael aged  (50)and all died on spot  and two were wounded after a quarrel over the jackpot money at NDF Night Club known as Cheetah.

The deceased soldier turned the automatic rifle  (AK-47) on himself after the shootings.
