Caprivi Vision caught up with Dr. Kamwi for comments on what caused delays to his imperforated anus  and why a  special medical doctor in Windhoek did not operate the boy.

According to Health Minister who stated that he was not aware of the case. “What you are saying is news to me, I as the Minister of Health act on informed decisions it would be very difficult for me to comment on such an issue as i am not aware of it, the Director Mr. Albius Maswahu would be the best person to talk to on this matter”. Said Kamwi in a telephonic interview with Caprivi Vision.

This paper reported this in September that  a Six year old Gift Mikatazo , whose medical condition prevents him from passing stools normally and has been in this state since his birth in 2007, the condition has caused the boy`s parents a lot of heartache as he is yet to receive medical attention (as he is still on the waiting list).

The parents of the boy have so far been asking for donations from good Samaritans as their are both unemployed and their son`s condition requires him to be fed constantly.
