The Development Bank of Namibia (DBN) has officially launched a new E-Recruitment System on 1 October 2025 to modernise its hiring process, enhance efficiency, and improve stakeholder service delivery through technology-driven innovation in Windhoek
The system represents a major milestone in DBN’s ongoing digital transformation journey. It aims to streamline recruitment by making the process faster, more transparent, and accessible to both applicants and internal users.
According to the Bank, the system is designed to reinforce fairness, ensure full traceability of hiring decisions, and uphold credibility in all recruitment activities.
Speaking at the launch, Mr. Jerome Mutumba, DBN’s Chief Marketing & Corporate Affairs, said the E-Recruitment System underscores the Bank’s commitment to innovation and its vision to align operational processes with technological advancements.
