I am Mr. B M Libanda a resident of Makanga village and a Namibian citizen who wants to know as to when will the clinic which was promised to be erected at Makanga Village in 1987 at the Linyanti Royal Establishment at Linyanti.
The one who promised to erect a health facility was the leader of the then Caprivi General Hospital from 1987 up to date there is no clinic at this place yet.
Whom to blame as irresponsible of the people of this community,Should we blame the colonial dispensation of the good of the day?
From 1987 to 2013 is about twenty-six years when will this clinic be built?
For your information we the community still need the clinic indeed. People who have lost their lives just because of the absence of long detour to the present clinic are misery compared to those who rescued.
The Minister of Health and Social Services, Dr.Richard Kamwi kindly ask to look into this issue of ages we are also part of the nation and daily contribute for this nation as tax payers.
We’re also taxpayers just like everyone else in this country, If there is any further evidence indeed I am available, I can give it at anytime and anywhere.
